You might know why you’re seeking therapy, or perhaps you’re unsure but sense that something is feeling off – perhaps there is a stuck place that you’ve attempted to get free from but haven’t found the path out yet?

Regardless of the reason that brought you here, you are welcome and deserving of the support you seek.

I work with adolescents, individuals, couples, and families, meeting them where they are (wherever that is!) and helping them gain insight into patterns and unconscious beliefs that no longer serve them. I have been working as a therapist for nearly 5 years and my professional experience includes providing therapy in both private practice and residential treatment centers. I have a particular passion for adolescents struggling with identity, peer and social relationship building, self-confidence, pressures around performance and navigating social media, plus the multitude of every day life stressors that impact their sense of well-being.

Therapy with me starts by building a genuine, collaborative relationship where you feel seen
and heard, free from judgment. My approach is relational – meaning learning who you really and truly are matters to me.

My work is grounded in deep curiosity and compassion for the full scope of our human experience. Together, we create a safe space built on attuned connection, openness, trust and my capacity to lean in and learn from you. My guidance and calm presence will allow us to listen to all the parts of you that need to be seen, heard and understood. When working with couples, I utilize the same core skills of attunement, compassion and non-reactivity to help both partners listen to (and really hear) each other more keenly, which often leads to the resolution of age-old conflicts, acceptance of differences and more embodied and whole-hearted connection.

My work is psychodynamic and deeply influenced by Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, and
I receive ongoing support and training in this modality specifically. I am also guided by the principles of attachment and utilize EFT and Gottman as needed in the couples I work with. I truly believe my clients are the experts of their own lives. I work holistically, integrating creativity, curiosity, mindfulness, humor, and
authenticity into practice, providing a space for healing and growth that ultimately leads to a more expressive, expansive and integrated self.
